She works with clients navigating generational succession, founder transitions, and blended family integration – creating resilient systems that align governance, relationships, and long-term vision across the family enterprise.

A seventh-generation inheritor and first-generation wealth creator, Ella combines lived experience with strategic insight. She spent a decade leading business continuity strategy for Fortune 200 firms, managing a $100M P&L and over $1B in sales.
